For 13 years, I built and operated businesses across three different industries while raising four daughters.

At one point, I was managing multiple companies, leading a team of more than 20 people, and working nursing night shifts.

From the outside, it looked like success.

But growth without the right structure came with a cost.

I learned that a business can generate significant revenue and still be too dependent on its founder. I also learned that more effort, more employees, and more systems do not automatically create freedom.

The business must be intentionally designed to function beyond the founder.
