Viviane knows this experience personally. As a business owner of over 10 years, a mother of four, and someone who has managed multiple businesses at once, she understands what it feels like to carry the weight of both business and life at the same time.
For years, she believed the answer was to push harder, stay disciplined, and figure it out alone. And it worked… until it didn't. The business grew, but so did the pressure. More clients meant more responsibility. More success meant less time. Everything depended on her.

She realized the problem wasn't her effort or her ability. The problem was the structure of the business itself. Like many women, she had unknowingly built a business that relied entirely on her time, energy, and constant involvement.
Now, through Women of Scale, Viviane helps women change that. Her work focuses on helping female founders move out of the role of "doing everything" and into the role of CEO.

Vivian is the real deal 😊 she found me when we were on the same WhatsApp group for women entrepreneurs selling medical apparel.
